The SAHITA Week Festival 2024 was celebrated from 5th to 10th August with the theme “Humanity through Language.” A variety of competitions centred around humanity were organized for students of Standards I to X in Tamil and Hindi. A Sanskrit sloka was recited daily by Std. VIII student Sathvika R to mark the auspicious beginning of each day. Exceptional talent was showcased by the participants, who confidently addressed the audience with impressive voice modulation and gestures. The portrayal of the Wayanad rain tragedy was particularly poignant, evoking strong emotions among the spectators. The SAHITA Ratna Award was conferred upon Grade II student Viswathi for her outstanding performance. The festival concluded on a heartwarming note, fostering a sense of humanity among all students.
