Back to School: Orientation Programme for the Parents

The Parent Orientation Programme for Classes KG I to XII was successfully conducted on June 5 and 6, 2023.
Dean of Academics, Shri Visesh Aiyer, welcomed the gathering and emphasized that the school encourages students to develop questioning skills, effective communication for better social skills, and the ability to make sound decisions.
Staff members were introduced by respected Sr. Principal and Correspondent, Mrs. Aruna M Visvessvar. Ma’am went into detail about the school’s principles, classroom etiquette, policies, and the steps taken to ensure seamless teaching and learning. The benefits of co-curricular activities were also highlighted, as they provide students with a platform to unleash their creative energies and foster holistic development. Parents were requested to ensure their ward’s regular attendance and effective practice.
Mrs. Rincy Jose, the Principal, provided insights into the examination system, assessment methods, and the significance of discipline in exams. During the interactive session, Sr. Principal Ma’am addressed parents’ questions and extended her wishes for a successful academic year.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Primary and Senior School Heads. They emphasized that the progress and development of students depend on the collaborative efforts of parents and teachers.
With appreciation and gratitude, the sessions came to a close, leaving a positive outlook for the academic year ahead.
